class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u306e\u7d0d\u4ed8\u7fa9\u52d9\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3059\u308b\u304b\u3069\u3046\u304b\u306f\u3001\u300c<strong>\u30cd\u30af\u30b5\u30b9\uff08Nexus\uff09<\/strong>\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u57fa\u6e96\u3067\u5224\u65ad\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7d4c\u6e08\u7684\u30cd\u30af\u30b5\u30b9\uff08Economic Nexus\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u5e74\u9593\u58f2\u4e0a\u304c\u4e00\u5b9a\u984d\uff08\u4f8b\uff1a$100,000\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff09\u307e\u305f\u306f\u53d6\u5f15\u4ef6\u6570\uff08\u4f8b\uff1a200\u4ef6\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff09\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306b\u8ab2\u7a0e\u5bfe\u8c61\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5009\u5eab\u30cd\u30af\u30b5\u30b9\uff08Physical Nexus\uff09<\/strong>\uff1aFBA\uff08Fulfillment by Amazon\uff09\u3067\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u306e\u5009\u5eab\u306b\u5546\u54c1\u3092\u4fdd\u7ba1\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5dde\u3067\u7d0d\u7a0e\u7fa9\u52d9\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8ca9\u58f2\u4ee3\u7406\u5e97\u30cd\u30af\u30b5\u30b9\uff08Affiliate Nexus\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u56fd\u5185\u306b\u696d\u52d9\u59d4\u8a17\u5148\u304c\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3001\u8ab2\u7a0e\u5bfe\u8c61\u3068\u306a\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p \u30ab\u30ea\u30d5\u30a9\u30eb\u30cb\u30a2\u5dde\u3084\u30c6\u30ad\u30b5\u30b9\u5dde\u306eAmazon\u5009\u5eab\u306b\u5728\u5eab\u3092\u7f6e\u3044\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5dde\u3067\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u306e\u767b\u9332\u30fb\u7d0d\u4ed8\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u306b\u306a\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2462 <strong>\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u306e\u5fb4\u53ce\u30fb\u7d0d\u4ed8\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Amazon\u306a\u3069\u306e\u30de\u30fc\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8\u30d7\u30ec\u30a4\u30b9<\/strong>\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u5dde\u3067\u306fAmazon\u304c\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u3092\u81ea\u52d5\u5fb4\u53ce\u30fb\u7d0d\u4ed8\uff08\u30de\u30fc\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8\u30d7\u30ec\u30a4\u30b9\u30fb\u30d5\u30a1\u30b7\u30ea\u30c6\u30fc\u30bf\u30fc\u5236\u5ea6\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u72ec\u81ea\u306eEC\u30b5\u30a4\u30c8\uff08Shopify\u3001WooCommerce\u306a\u3069\uff09<\/strong> \u3067\u8ca9\u58f2\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u4e8b\u696d\u8005\u81ea\u8eab\u304c\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u306e\u8a08\u7b97\u30fb\u5fb4\u53ce\u30fb\u7d0d\u7a0e\u3092\u884c\u3046\u5fc5\u8981\u3042\u308a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u306e\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\uff08Income Tax\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2460 <strong>\u9023\u90a6\u7a0e\uff08Federal Income Tax\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65e5\u672c\u306e\u6cd5\u4eba\u304c\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u56fd\u5185\u306b <strong>\u6052\u4e45\u7684\u65bd\u8a2d\uff08PE: Permanent Establishment\uff09<\/strong> \u3092\u6301\u305f\u306a\u3044\u5834\u5408\u3001\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u306b\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u3067\u306e\u6cd5\u4eba\u7a0e\u652f\u6255\u3044\u7fa9\u52d9\u306f\u767a\u751f\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2461 <strong>\u5dde\u6cd5\u4eba\u7a0e\uff08State Income Tax\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u90e8\u306e\u5dde\u3067\u306f\u3001\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u3068\u306f\u5225\u306b <strong>\u6cd5\u4eba\u7a0e\uff08Corporate Tax\uff09<\/strong> \u306e\u652f\u6255\u3044\u304c\u6c42\u3081\u3089\u308c\u308b\u5834\u5408\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff08\u4f8b\uff1a\u30ab\u30ea\u30d5\u30a9\u30eb\u30cb\u30a2\u5dde\u3001\u30cb\u30e5\u30fc\u30e8\u30fc\u30af\u5dde\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>\u6ce8\u610f\u70b9<\/strong> \u65e5\u7c73\u79df\u7a0e\u6761\u7d04\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u3067\u306e\u6cd5\u4eba\u7a0e\u3092\u56de\u907f\u3067\u304d\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\uff08Sales <strong>\u8ca9\u58f2\u524d\u306b\u78ba\u8a8d\u3059\u3079\u304d\u3053\u3068<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" Shopify\u7b49\uff09\u306e\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u5fb4\u53ce\u30dd\u30ea\u30b7\u30fc\u3092\u628a\u63e1<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5fc5\u8981\u306b\u5fdc\u3058\u3066\u7c73\u56fd\u7a0e\u52d9\u5c02\u9580\u5bb6\u3084\u7a0e\u7406\u58eb\u306b\u76f8\u8ac7<\/strong>\uff08\u7279\u306b\u6cd5\u4eba\u7a0e\u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u8003\u616e\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>Amazon FBA\u30bb\u30e9\u30fc\u5411\u3051\u306e\u5bfe\u5fdc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Amazon\u306e\u81ea\u52d5\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u5fb4\u53ce\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u3092\u6d3b\u7528<\/strong>\uff08\u5bfe\u8c61\u5dde\u3092\u78ba\u8a8d\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TaxJar\u3084Avalara\u306a\u3069\u306e\u7a0e\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u30c4\u30fc\u30eb\u3092\u5229\u7528<\/strong>\uff08\u58f2\u4e0a\u7a0e\u306e\u8a08\u7b97\u30fb\u7533\u544a\u3092\u52b9\u7387\u5316\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7a0e\u52d9\u5c02\u9580\u5bb6\u3068\u76f8\u8ac7\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3001\u6b63\u78ba\u306a\u7533\u544a\u3092\u5b9f\u65bd<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
